"The King and the Knight."

Mechanics: Every player will have a primary character and a secondary character. The types of creatures for either side are going to be mostly unrestricted, however a ghoul or mortal primary will need more.. thought.
As this is still a Vampire-Primary game, only one primary character of any of the non-vampiric races will be allowed.

Edit: Also, no Order of the Dragon or Invictus characters will be approved.

For Vampires: Blood Potency may be bought up to 4 with freebie points during character creation, and exp maybe spent
afterwards to increase Blood Potency as well.

For 'Other': Whether Mage, Werewolf, Changeling, or 'other', their 'generation stat cannot go above 3.

Bloodlines: Bloodlines are being approved for play. For a character with a bloodline to be approved, they must have a
minimum Blood Potency of 4.

The primary character will be the 'King' of the duo, although certainly not restricted to just a duo. For whatever reason, blackmail, creation, blood, the list goes on, he will be the undisputed 'commander' of the player's secondary character. He will have a free level 5 Retainer, representing said character, and will be made with the regular rules of it's race.
If this character has a Haven(or whatever merit) of size 2 or larger, his retainers may live in and benefit from it's effects.
The primary character will be starting with 50 experience points.

The secondary character will be the 'Knight' of the duo. A few restrictions will apply to the secondary, mainly:
- The character must be either a mortal, ghoul(or supernatural equiv), or a supernatural of the same type as the primary character.
- The secondary character must be a member of the same covenant(or equivalent) as the primary character, if supernatural.
- The secondary character may not have any Retainers. (there may be exceptions to this during gameplay)
- The secondary character may not have a level of Crafts, Computer, Medicine, Streetwise, Occult, Allies, Contacts, Status, Resources, Haven or other supernatural equivalents of these merits with a rating higher then their Retainer level -1. Yes, this means that no secondary character can ever have a level 5 in any of these at creation. Skills limited in this way may be bought up over these limits with Experience after character creation, except for exp earned through more levels of the Retainer merit. Merits may not.

If a person wishes to make a new secondary character, they need only buy another Retainer with their primary character, and build them under standard Retainer rules in the WOD book. For any Retainer built character, a Retainer is built as an ordinary character, with 10 experience per level above 1. So a level 2 retainer has 10 exp, and a level 5 retainer has 40.

Gameplay:

The primary character is forbidden to attend the Sunday(or whatever day, now called "Game day") games under normal circumstances. The attendees will all be a secondary character of the player's choice. The character played on Game day will gain the experience for that session.

The primary character will garner all exp gains from downtime sessions regardless of what characters are used.

Attributes: 5, 4, 3 (5MP)
Skills: 11, 7, 4 (3MP)
Specialites: 3 (1MP)
Merit Points(MP): 7
Flaws: 2 for exp gaining purposes
Morality: 7, may exchange up to 2 Morality for 2 MP each (1MP)
Exp: 50(Primary), (Retainer level -1) x 10 (Secondary)

Creation (Ghouls)
Attributes: 5, 4, 3 (5MP)
Skills: 11, 7, 4 (3MP)
Specialites: 3 (1MP)
Merit Points(MP): 7
Flaws: 2 for exp gaining purposes
Morality: 7, may exchange up to 2 Morality for 2 MP each (1MP)
Disciplines: 1 Physical of Regnant's choice (10MP in-clan only)
Exp: 50(Primary), (Retainer level -1) x 10 (Secondary)


Creation (Vampires)
Attributes: 5, 4, 3 /+ 1 from clan attribute (5MP)
Skills: 11, 7, 4 (3MP)
Specialites: 3 (1MP)
Disciplines: 3, 2 must be in clans (5MP in-clan, 7MP out-of-clan)
Merit Points(MP): 7
Blood Potency: 1 (3MP, up to 9MP may be spent this way)
Flaws: 2 for exp gaining purposes
Humanity: 7, may exchange up to 2 Humanity for 2 MP each(1MP)
Exp: 50 (Primary), (Retainer level -1) x 10 (Secondary)

Creation (Mage)
Attributes: 5, 4, 3 (5MP)
Skills: 11, 7, 4 (3MP)
Specialites: 3 (1MP)
Arcana: 2 (Ruling), 2, 1, +1 to any (5MP ruling, 7MP other)
Rotes: 6 (2MP)
Gnosis: 1 (3MP, up to 6MP may be spent this way)
Merit Points(MP): High speech, 7
Flaws: 2 for exp gaining purposes
Morality: 7, may exchange up to 2 Morality for 2 MP each (1MP)
Exp: 50(Primary), (Retainer level -1) x 10 (Secondary)
